Separate or additional terms may apply to specific ventures (e.g., Equindex, Stride, Maara, The Circle) as they launch.

Any preview, pilot or beta features are provided for evaluation only, on an “as is” basis, may be modified or discontinued at our discretion, and may be subject to additional terms or NDAs.

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, badges, and software — is owned by Caballus Global or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If you submit content (e.g., messages, feedback), you grant Caballus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You confirm you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

7) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing activity.
• No attempt to access systems without authorisation, probe, scan or test vulnerabilities.
• No scraping, bulk harvesting or spamming.
• No misuse of trademarks, branding or badges.

The Services may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement).

12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise for consumers.

13) Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, labour disputes, governmental actions or internet outages.

14) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
